Active Travel

Overview

This project follows on from the 'Move More' campaign.

We are working with colleagues here in Sheffield City Council and externally with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, and the Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust to encourage people who live within a 3 mile radius to actively commute to work, and those who live further to take an active lunch break. 

This is the first of a compilation of consultations to be held over the next few months.

What happens next

We will identify any gaps and try to assist by better communications about what is available to members of staff here and in Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and the Sheffield health and Social Care Trust.
