The purpose of this brief online survey is to gather individual perspectives and experiences with regard to the Equality Hub Network (EHN).

The survey is confidential.

Results from the survey will be analysed and be part of the EHN Interim Progress Review.

The purpose of the Review is to capture the achievements and challenges of the EHN in order to build on what's working well, address issues where possible, and increase its effectiveness.
