Involving carers in the Equality Hub Network

Overview

We are trying to improve engagement of carers* within the Equality Hub Network.

We want to make sure carers' voices are heard and can influence decisions that are made in Sheffield.

The purpose of this brief online survey is to find out how carers and representatives of carers want to be involved in the Equality Hub Network. 

The survey is confidential.

Please take a few minutes to give us your views if you are a carer and/or a representative of carers.

*A carer is a person who is unpaid and looks after or supports a partner, relative or friend etc., who needs help with their day-to-day life, bacause of things such as their disability, age or a long-term illness.
