Sheffield Libraries, Archives and Information Service is committed to providing excellent customer services and experiences.

We want to seek the views of our customers, as well as non-users, in order to assess how well we are currently providing services and how we can improve. The survey will be online only: anyone without internet access will be able to participate at any of our service points.
