Strategic and Fee Review - Care Homes

Closed 17 Jan 2021

Opened 2 Dec 2020

Feedback expected 1 Feb 2021

This annual consultation seeks views on Sheffield City Council's proposals for fee rates for 2021-22 from care home providers in the city. Your feedback is even more important this year given the pressures and uncertainties. It's really important we understand your costs, risks and concerns, and can identify the right level of support for the care home sector.

We recognise this consultation period covers a particularly busy time of year. However, in launching the consultation now, ahead of the Christmas period, we hope it gives you a good opportunity to respond.

This consultation on the fee rate isn't the only opportunity you'll have to talk to us. It invites you to continue a dialogue with us and so is the beginning, rather than the end, of the process.

If you wish, you will hopefully also be able to join one of our Zoom engagement sessions in December and January. If you have any further enquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us at
