Why are we getting in touch?

You have been getting care in your home, during the day and at night.   We want to know what you think about the care you’re getting – what works, and what doesn’t work.

What happens to the information I give you?

  • Your answers are confidential – we won’t share them with anyone outside of the council

Please note: due to this survey being anonymous, we will be unable to address any concerns regarding your specific package of care. If you are concerned about the care you are in receipt of, please speak to a social worker on 0114 273 4908.
