Consultation on the possible developments of the City Wide Care Alarms service

City Wide Care Alarms (CWCA), Sheffield City Council’s emergency care alarm service, is considering a number of developments to the service it provides.

We wish to consult with current users, their carers and anyone who may have an interest in this service in future, about these developments, to identify which of these options people find attractive and to gather views around some of the issues.

How you can give us your views

There are a variety of ways in which you can choose to respond to this consultation.

• If you would like a paper version of the questionnaire and return address envelope you can request this by telephoning 0114 242 0351.
