Overview

The Sheffield City Council Test Trace and Community Support team is a new team set up to help the citizens of Sheffield. This survey is completely anonymous – unless you choose to share your details with us - and you are under no obligation to take part.

 This survey will ask for your views of your experience when requesting support from Sheffield City Council, relating to hardship or crisis.

We are particularly interested to hear any ideas that could reduce barriers individuals face when contacting Sheffield City Council, to better help the people of Sheffield.

Why your views matter

The Sheffield City Council Community Support Helpline team want to hear your views on how we work, to see if any alterations need to be made to better support individuals in times of hardship or crisis. We also want to gain an understanding of what barriers you may have faced when seeking support from Sheffield City Council, to make it easier for people in times of crisis and hardship to access support.
