Deep Dive into hardship or crisis

 This survey will ask for your views of your experience when reporting issues to the Council, relating to hardship or crisis.

We are particularly interested to hear any ideas that could reduce barriers individuals face when contacting Sheffield City Council, to better help the people of Sheffield.

1. When requesting support from Sheffield City Council, in relation to hardship or crisis, what barriers have you experienced?
2. Do you know how to ask for help if experiencing hardship or crisis?
3. Do you know what help is available if you experience hardship or crisis?
4. If you had lots of different things that you needed support with, who would you contact?
5. How many people would you expect to speak to, to deal with multiple issues?
