Housing+ Test Phase Evaluation - Stakeholder Survey

Overview

The South East Area Housing Team have been testing out a different way of working since June last year. This is called Housing+.

A key aspect of the model is the expectation that officers will enable customers on their patch to access other council services or those provided by partner organisations.

Why your views matter

The Council's Corporate Performance and Research Team are conducting an evaluation of the Housing+ Test Phase.

One strand of this is a survey of other Council services, partner organisations and Stakeholders who have worked with staff in the South East Area over this period.  We have been given your details as someone who has had some involvement in the test phase.

We would like to hear your views on any experience that you’ve had of Housing+.

It would be very helpful if you could take the time to complete this short survey, which should take approximately 15 minutes.

Your responses will remain completely anonymous.

This requires providing your name and details during the first few questions so that you can log back in again; your responses will not be associated with these details. What happens next

Your experiences of working with the Test phase will contribute to the overall evaluation. The Performance and Research Team will lead on the analysis and reporting.
