Overview

Help us improve the information and advice you need to keep independent, safe and well.

This is your chance to tell us what you think about information and advice resources and services designed to keep you independent, safe and well. This includes information and advice about help at home, getting out and about, housing and care homes, health and wellbeing, taking part in social activities, staying safe and caring for family or friends. It includes information and advice provided face to face, by telephone, in print (such as a leaflet or poster) or on the internet.

Why your views matter

Our aim is to support all the organisations that provide information and advice to make sure it is the best quality, easy to find and easy to understand. You can help us to do this by completing this survey.

We’ll publish the survey results on our website www.sheffield.gov.uk/gettinginvolved, and we’ll use the results to improve information and advice about care and support, housing and community services in Sheffield.

If you’d like help to complete this form please contact our helpline on (0114) 273 4119. The helpline is open 9.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Please note this survey is for members of the public. Take the partners' survey if you work with the Council as a partner. Take the staff survey if you are a Council employee.
