Survey: how can we improve information and advice to keep people independent, safe and well?
This is your chance to tell us what you think about information and advice resources and services designed to keep people independent, safe and well. This includes information and advice about help at home, getting out and about, housing and care homes, health and wellbeing, taking part in social activities, staying safe and caring for familly or friends. It includes information and advice provided face to face, by telephone, in print (such as a leaflet or poster) or on the intranet.
We aim to provide the best quality information and advice which is easy to find and easy to understand. You can help us to do this by completing this survey.
We’ll publish survey results on our website: www.sheffield.gov.uk/gettinginvolved, and we’ll use the results to improve information and advice about care and support, housing and community services in Sheffield.
