We would like to get your views on our ideas for how we could look to amend our Allocations Policy for letting our newly built homes and respond to local needs.
Our Allocations Policy sets out how we allocate council housing. However, this is a proposal to amend the policy – which means we will allocate new build properties differently.

This policy will apply to Sheffield City Council new build developments, Section 106 Council acquired properties and Housing Association new build properties if the landlord chooses to apply this policy.
The current Allocations Policy is available to download on the Sheffield Property Shop website.
The survey should take no longer that 10 minutes to complete.
