Direct payments staff survey

Closed 3 Aug 2020

Opened 14 Jul 2020

As part of the direct payments review, we are conducting this survey to hear from staff working directly with people accessing social care support and those staff who have a key role in offering and setting up direct payments

This will help us understand where staff knowledge is currently and how we can improve support and training going forward . We are hoping to identify current obstacles that staff may face, so that we may also address these, improving direct payments services for all involved. This survey and its questions have been developed through discussion with many departments and derived from the themes and opinions that have been expressed already.

We will also be getting opinions and views from people who have accessed social care.

We would appreciate 10 minutes of your time to give your views and opinions by answering the following questions. Your responses are anonymous and all information collected is confidential. You do not have to participate, however your feedback will help shape and improve future practices involving direct payments.

What Happens Next

We will use this feedback, and suveys from those accessing social care to inform practice going forward. It will Inform what we put in place to make direct paymements procedures useful and supportive, and help develop new ways of working to improve services and offers available.
