Sheffield City Council's Parks & Countryside Service recently carried out consultation in the local area to ask for views on potential improvements to Ponderosa Park. The completed surveys help us understand local people’s priorities for the Ponderosa, and guide decisions on how funding should be invested in the site.

The report below gives a summary of the consultation and results, and outlines what we plan to do next.

Sheffield City Council has access to funding to make improvements to the Ponderosa Park to raise the quality of the site and increase its recreational value to local communities, by:

A) Making the site more welcoming, accessible and safer

B) Improving the play and sports facilities

Your feedback will provide up to date information which will help to improve your local park.

Please note: Any information you provide will remain anonymous. We will not share any personal contact details that you may decide to share with us. Your responses will be used to inform possible improvements and improvement priorities for the Ponderosa.

 

What Happens Next

After the closing date, we will analyse the survey results.  This information will used to prioritise improvements to the Ponderosa.
