Parks and Countryside Services have received a small amount of S106 funding (£13k) which is available to spend on Sycamore Park, and we would like your help in identifying where this investment should be directed within the Park.

Why we are consulting

We are working with Worrall Environment Group and have carried out initial consultation with local primary and secondary schools. The priorities that have been mentioned so far seem to be:

· Making better use of the old tarmac sports courts (where the skate ramp is)

· Improving the playground

· Improving access around the Park

· Enhancing nature and wildlife in the Park

· Upgrading the mini kick pitch

The aim of this consultation is to confirm priorities for the site and understand wider local users views & opinions to help build detailed designs for the site improvements that will contribute to delivering a high quality green space for the local community.
