Consultation About Dead Tree Outside 105 White Lane S12 (our reference 12040937)

Overview

A Betula pendula (commonly known as a Silver Birch) has been identified outside 105 White Lane as being dead

Following an assessment carried out by our tree experts a recommendation has been made to remove the tree.

Once removed, we propose to replace the tree with a Pinus sylvestris (Scots Pine)  in the verge opposite 115-117 White Lane

Why we are consulting

The Sheffield Tree Partnership have developed the draft Sheffield Street Tree Partnership Working Strategy.  This sets out our commitment to explain to local residents the reasons behind decisions to remove trees, and provide the opportunity to challenge these decisions through an open and transparent process.
