We initially consulted on BT’s proposal to remove one payphone at Rotherham Road/Station Road, Halfway from 20 August 2021 to 1 October 2021. A further consultation was then undertaken from 6 October 2021 to 5 November 2021 on a ‘First Notification’ draft decision.
We received no comments on the initial consultation and no comments on the ‘First Notification’ draft decision.
We have now issued a ‘Final Notification’ which is our final decision on whether to object or agree to the removal of the payphone at Rotherham Road/Station Road, Halfway.

After receiving no comments from this consultation we have now sent our final decision, the “Final Notification”, to the Secretary of State and BT. Please see the attached Final Notification for details below.

Consultations on the proposal have been carried out by BT and us.
We are now consulting on the “First Notification”. This is our draft decision on whether to object or consent to the removal of this payphone.

After considering the comments from this consultation, we will produce a Final Notification and issue it to the Secretary of State and BT. We will then publish the Final Notification for information purposes.
