Sheffield City Council's Parks and Countryside Service want to make improvements to Concord Park which will raise the overall quality of the site, encourage increased use, and enable more people to access the health and wellbeing benefits of using parks and greenspaces.
We want to better understand the local community's views and opinions of Concord Park and prioritise options for site improvements which can be progressed with the funding we have available.

By sharing your views and opinions you will help us to understand how the park is used and what changes the local community would like to be see made. This will enable us to prioritise improvements to the park and progress detailed proposals with the funds we have available.
Once options for improvements have been drafted, we will share the proposals back to the community through local stakeholders, partners, social media pages, local spaces and where appropriate at public meetings/events to allow people to comment on proposals.
Friends of Concord Park will be holding a drop in event to talk to people about changes they want to see in the park. The Parks & Countryside Service will be attending the event promoting the current survey and discussing improvements with park users.
