Concord Park - Improvement Survey

Overview

Sheffield City Council's Parks and Countryside Service want to make improvements to Concord Park which will raise the overall quality of the site, encourage increased use, and enable more people to access the health and wellbeing benefits of using parks and greenspaces.

We want to better understand the local community's views and opinions of Concord Park and prioritise options for site improvements which can be progressed with the funding we have available.

Why your views matter

The aim of this consultation is to;

• Gather your views of Concord Park as it is currently
• Understand the type of improvements the community would like to see made to Concord Park
• Prioritise the type of improvements which can be made with the current funding available
• Understand how the park and the facilities within it can support your health and wellbeing
• Provide an opportunity for the community to contribute their thoughts and opinions on the changes required to further raise the quality of Concord Park in the future

This consultation is open to all.

Your responses will remain anonymous, unless you agree at a later date that you are happy for your name to be linked to your comment/s for example John S said...."Concord Park really needs xxxx to improve the site"

What happens next

By sharing your views and opinions you will help us to understand how the park is used and what changes the local community would like to be see made. This will enable us to prioritise improvements to the park and progress detailed proposals with the funds we have available.

Once options for improvements have been drafted, we will share the proposals back to the community through local stakeholders, partners, social media pages, local spaces and where appropriate at public meetings/events to allow people to comment on proposals.
