BT proposes to remove the payphone (the phone box and the equipment) at the following location:
Rotherham Road/Station Road, Halfway, Sheffield, S20 5AD
The Council is collating views on the permanent removal of this service.
BT have already put a notice in the kiosk.
The local planning authority will then consider the comments, alongside other prescribed factors and will publish in draft whether they will be consenting or objecting to the proposal on that basis.
