There were no responses to this consultation, works will therefore proceed as planned to replace the tree. 


A Sorbus aria (commonly known as a Whitebeam) has been identified outside 241-243 Deerlands Avenue as being dead.

An assessment carried out by our tree experts noticed that the tree is dead.

Once removed, we propose to replace the tree with an Acer campestre 'William Caldwell' (Maple tree). This will be planted in the same verge but relocated slightly to avoid any future conflict with the overhead telephone wires here.
