An Ulmus (commonly known as an Elm Tree) has been identified opposite 232 Psalter Lane as being dead

An assessment carried out by our tree experts noticed that the tree is dead.

Once removed, we propose to replace the tree with an Ulmus "New Horizon" which is a Dutch Elm Disease resistant cultivar of the Elm Tree.

This will be relocated slightly and replanted in the verge centrally between 360-362 Psalter Lane due to the original tree being a self set position up against a wall which is not deemed to be a suitable place to replant.
