Street Scene & Regulation Wellbeing Survey

Closed 16 Dec 2022

Opened 25 Nov 2022

Overview

We would like to understand more about the mental wellbeing of our workforce in Street Scene & Regulation.  We are introducing this new pulse survey using the Warwick Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing scale to gain an understanding of how our service is feeling.

There are seven simple statements that we are asking you to score yourself against.  We will re-release the survey at regular intervals in the future so that we can monitor service wellbeing more effectively.

The data collected is completely anonymous so please be honest in your responses.

We will ask you to share your equality monitoring information at the end of the survey as its really important that we also understand any differences in responses from individuals with protected characteristics.  The data collected is also entirely anonymous and will never be analysed or presented unless there is a minimum response size of 10 or more to protect anonymity.  This is not mandatory but would be greatly appreciated if you feel able to share this information.

Thanks in advance for your support in completing the survey!

Further information about the survey, the analysis and reports can be requested from nicola.rees@sheffield.gov.uk
