Overview

This consultation will take you less than five minues to complete and you will have the chance to win pair of Apple AirPods as part of a free prize draw.

At the start of each academic year, we provide information to students to help them use Sheffield's bin collection services.   We know this is really important, because lots of students arrive in Sheffield from other parts of the country and are used to very different waste and recycling services.

This year we have taken a new approach to the style and messages used in our communications which we hope has made them more interesting and engaging for students.

Why your views matter

If you are a student, we want you to tell us what you think about the new approach.   Have we got it right?  Or have we got it wrong and need to try again?

We also want to hear from you if you are not a student to understand what approach you think we should be taking.

What happens next

This consultation has now closed.

We will use the feedback received from this consultation to inform what we do for future student bin campaigns.
