3 responses, 100% agreement with fell, 100% agreement with replant species, but 33.3% agreement vs 66.6% disagreement with replant location due to road safety concerns.


Discussed with Partnership and replacing the tree with a like-for-like in a pre-existing grassed verge is not deemed to present any risk to visibility splays as they are across the road from all properties on a perfectly straight stretch of road.  

As such, Partnership in agreement to proceed as planned.

A Crataegus monogyna (commonly known as a Hawthorn Tree) has been identified on Unsliven Road opposite no. 1 as being dead

An assessment carried out by our tree experts noticed that the tree was dead

Once removed, we propose to replace the tree with another Crataegus monogyna (Hawthorn) in the same location
