Discussed with Partnership and replacing the tree with a like-for-like in a pre-existing grassed verge is not deemed to present any risk to visibility splays as they are across the road from all properties on a perfectly straight stretch of road.
As such, Partnership in agreement to proceed as planned.

Once removed, we propose to replace the tree with another Crataegus monogyna (Hawthorn) in the same location
