Consultation About A Dead Tree on Whirlow Park Road, on the edge of the roundabout facing number 14 (our reference 12045551)

Overview

A Betula pendula (commonly known as a Silver Birch Tree) has been identified on Whirlow Park Road, on the edge of the roundabout facing number 14, as being dead.

An assessment carried out by our tree experts noticed that the tree was completely dead.  

Once removed, we propose to replace the tree with a Davidia involucrata (Pocket handkerchief tree) in the nearby open verge directly opposite lamp column 9, close to the location of the original tree.
