A Fraxinus excelsior (commonly known as an Ash tree) has been identified on Woodstock Road outside 86 as being affected by Ash Dieback.
An assessment carried out by our tree experts noticed that the tree has Ash dieback and it is believed the tree is in terminal decline.
Once removed, we propose to replace the tree with an Ulmus 'Columella' (Dutch Elm Disease resistant cultivar of the Elm Tree) in the same place as the original tree

A copy of the draft strategy is available at: https://www.wildsheffield.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/FINAL-Sheffield-Street-Tree-Partnership-Working-Strategy-July-2020.pdf
