BCIS Wellbeing Survey - February 2022

Closed 4 Mar 2022

Opened 11 Feb 2022

We would like to understand more about the mental wellbeing of our workforce.  We are undertaking this pulse survey using the Warwick Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing scale to gain an understanding of how our service is feeling.  This is seven simple statements that we are asking you to score yourself against.  We will re-run the survey regularly throughout the year so we can monitor service wellbeing more effectively.

The data collected is completely anonymous.  We are not asking you to specify your team and will only analyse the data at a whole service level so please be honest in your responses.

We will ask you to share your equality monitoring information at the end of the survey as its really important that we also understand any differences between how protected characteristics score in this survey.  The data collected is also entirely anonymous and will never be analysed or presented unless there is a minimum response size of 10 or more to protect anonymity.  This is is not mandatory but would be greatly appreciated if you feel able to share this information.

Thanks in advance for your support in completing the survey!
