About the survey

The survey is split into two parts. The first part, sections 1-3, deal with the front office services, online access, First Point, Howden House and the call centre. Throughout the survey we will refer to these services as 'Front Office Services'.

The second part deals with back office services which are the administration of claims for Housing Benefit and Council Tax support and the collection and recovery of Council Tax. Throughout the survey we will refer to these services as 'Back Office Services'
