Revenue and Benefits Service - Customer Satisfaction Survey (Jan-Mar) 2019/20

Opens 1 Jan 2020

Closes 31 Mar 2020

Overview

Sheffield City Council's Revenues and Benefits Service collect Council Tax from over 240,000 households. We also provide Housing Benefit and Council Tax support to over 60,000 households in the city. This financial support helps maintain communities and assists individual citizens to meet their rent and Council Tax liabilities.

As funding from central government continues to reduce, the money we collect in Council Tax plays a vital role in ensuring we continue to provide the services our citizens and communities need.

Why We Are Consulting

We are committed to providing the best possibile service to all customers who pay Council Tax and through the work we do in assessing claims for Housing Benefit and Council Tax support.

To support this, we need to know what you think of the services we provide and find out how you think we might be able to improve what we do. We value your comments and we will use the responses you give us to help us to continuously improve the service we give to you.
